Behind Plant Foot Soccer Juggling Trick – Online Soccer Academy

[Silence] What’s going on? Little dap. It’s Jared
Montz former pro and founder of OnlineSoccerAcademy.com. It’s a big soccer world! Today we are learning
a new fancy soccer trick. It’s one of many soccer tricks we teach! This is in the advanced
soccer skills family. You will probably never do this football trick
in a game. It’s an advanced way to challenge your football tricks, add some style to your
game and show off in front of your teammates. Key Points:
1. Place the ball 12 inches in front of your plant foot and to the outside of your plant
foot. The ball should not be directly in line with your plant foot. 2. Drag the ball with your toe studs behind
your plant foot. 3. Quickly bring your dominant foot around
the back of your plant leg and turn your foot so the inside of your foot is facing up and
the outside of your foot is facing down. Your dominant foot should be touching the ground
so the ball can roll up it. 4. Lift the ball up as it rolls on the front
part of the inside of your foot. Don’t rush and try to kick it up. Stay composed and scoop
it up. Then start juggling. Exercise Soccer Player Can Do:
Start off practicing the technique of this trick without the ball to get your body use
to how you will move. Once confident and comfortable do this trick
with the ball. Repeat until you are tired or master it. [Silence] [Videos of Soccer] [How to do soccer tricks] [Tips for Soccer] What Player Could Be Doing Wrong: Videos of
Soccer If you messing up and feel like you are rushing
this trick you are. Slow it down and do each step correct, one step at a time. If the ball isn’t getting high enough for
you when you scoop it make sure you wait until the ball is more on your foot before you start
the lift motion. Bonus Tips for Soccer!
Make sure to do this in short grass or in tennis shoes on concrete to help get a better
bounce. If you do this in high thick grass it makes the degree of difficulty much higher
and will decrease your chance of pulling it off. Hope you enjoyed this Online Soccer Academy
