Football fans will have to work around Boardman stadium construction


The Boardman High School Football team kicks off their season tomorrow with their home opener against Erie McDowell. And along with the excitement, fans will have to deal with some construction. Right now construction on Phase Three is on-going. The project is several weeks behind because of bad weather. The new building will hold concession space, locker rooms and public restrooms. Boardman Local Schools Superintendent Tim Saxton they will make sure fans to their seats safely. CONSTRUCTION ZONE WILL BE SAFELY FENCED OFF, WE PLAN TO HAVE PLENTY OF SIGNAGE TO MAKE SURE PEOPLE KNOW EXACTLY WHERE TO ENTER, AND WHERE TO GO ONE THEY ARE INSIDE THE STADIUM Ticket Booths, the front facade and a donor wall will be complete this spring.
