  1. They also need to be taught "heads up" tackles, that way they don't go head first into the opponent! That is where the most head injuries occur. When I was alot younger, I played rocket league football and was yelled at alot because I didn't lead into a tackle with my head down. I played only 3 games because I didn't like blasting my head into another player that out weighed me by 15 to 30 pounds.
