my name is Rasul Davis and my company is Punch Kettlebell Gym, New York City, and I’m going
to be showing you how to use ropes for undulation. Okay. What I’m, going to talk to you about
now is something that’s really important. I don’t care if you’re a housewife, if you
are a corporate exec, or you’re an athlete. Okay? The big thing is safety. Everybody who
comes to my gym, Punch Gym, it has to go through an orientation ’cause I must make sure that
your movements are correct, that you can handle what we’re going to be doing. That way, I
know how to adjust for you. The big thing is to see a video, or to buy a DVD, or do
something, and think you could just jump right into it. Trust me, you will hurt yourself.
